What should I verify before marking a support request as resolved?
Check the details of any replacement or corrected option provided. Ask about discrepancies between the final message and your account record.
What should I clarify before organizing a purchase for several people?
Collect the participants' actual requirements rather than choosing from assumptions. Make the division of the purchase clear without relying on an ambiguous shared description.
What should I check when current terms differ from my saved order information?
Check whether a special condition was recorded for your particular order. Quote the relevant wording instead of describing the discrepancy only in broad terms.
